The Associate Supply Chain Analyst supports Inventory, Distribution, and the broader Supply Chain organization through accurate data analysis, ongoing system maintenance, and operational planning. This role contributes to day‑to‑day Supply Chain effectiveness by monitoring KPIs, maintaining ERP/MRP data integrity, supporting monthly S&OP activities, and developing tools and reports that improve visibility and decision‑making across the function. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to solve complex operational challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
What you'll be doing
* Develop and maintain recurring and ad‑hoc reports that support Distribution, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Planning activities.
* Maintain ERP/MRP data integrity, including item master records, inventory parameters, supply plans, and related master data.
* Prepare materials and support monthly S&OP processes, including scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination within Distribution & Supply Chain.
* Create and enhance analytical tools, processes, and performance metrics to support efficient Supply Chain and Distribution operations.
* Analyze data trends to identify operational issues, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Distribution to support ongoing planning and execution.
* Ensure full adherence to Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, as well as company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
* Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
** What you'll bring to the table
*** Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Operations, or other related discipline required
* 0 - 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related area.
* ERP/MRP experience preferred.
* Strong PC applications and software skills (i.e. MS Office including Excel, Access, Word and Power Point)
