Will You Make an Impact?

As a Planning SME at our Memphis, TN facility, you will serve as the technical and analytical expert for planning systems, data, and process optimization. You will drive operational excellence by transforming data into actionable insights, enhancing system functionality, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will strengthen planning capabilities, improve visibility, and enable better decision‑making across the organization.

On‑site at our Memphis, TN facility.

What Will You Do? Data & Performance Analysis
  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
    .
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance KPIs and performance dashboards across multiple departments.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Planning Systems Expertise
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for planning systems
    , including SAP and Rapid Response (Kinaxis).
  • Troubleshoot system issues, support end users, and coordinate with IT and technical teams to resolve problems.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all planning platforms.
Process & Project Development
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning workflows, automation, and reporting efficiency.
  • Develop business cases, requirements documentation, and implementation plans for system and process enhancements.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement solutions and ensure successful adoption.
Advanced Planning Tools & Reporting
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve operational visibility and reporting.
  • Leverage advanced planning tools to optimize forecasting, capacity planning, and supply operations
    .
  • Support scenario modeling and capacity analysis to guide strategic decision‑making.
Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in planning, supply chain, data analytics, or a related field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong expertise in SAP, Rapid Response (Kinaxis), and Power BI
    .
  • Proven ability to build and manage systems‑driven KPIs and operational dashboards
    .
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex datasets
    .
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on process improvement and optimization
    .
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
    .
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a strong attention to detail.
