The Role
. Johnnie-O is seeking an enthusiastic, team‑oriented, detail‑oriented Inventory Coordinator to cover a maternity leave on a temporary basis. The position starts immediately and may become permanent based on performance.

• Coordinate and monitor shipments from overseas factories to the 3PL, ensuring clean and timely receipt.
• Create accurate shipping notices in the ERP before arrival.
• Communicate with vendors and warehouse to resolve issues.
• Ensure entry documents and certifications are submitted prior to arrival.
• Manage non‑inventorial supply levels to keep warehouse stocked.
• Coordinate freight forwarders and vendors for on‑time bookings.
• Monitor factory compliance with vendor manual and standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Production and Logistics Manager

• BA/BS in a related field or 2+ years of experience.
• Strong communication with factories and colleagues.
• Team player with ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail for accurate data entry and large datasets.
• Advanced computer skills, including complex Excel formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with an ERP system such as Full Circle or Blue Cherry preferred.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

• Hand usage (finger, handle, feel), reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.
• Requires sitting or standing for long periods; may kneel, bend, crouch, stoop; lift or move up to 40 lbs.
• Requires close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
