Dispatcher, Supply Chain​/Logistics

A growing logistics company is seeking a Dispatcher to support daily transportation operations, including coordinating freight movement, drivers, equipment, routes, and delivery schedules. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable solving problems in real time.

• Coordinate routes, drivers, and equipment to support timely pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with drivers regarding updates, instructions, delays, and schedule changes
• Monitor active shipments and escalate issues as needed
• Accurately document trip details, delivery status, and incidents in dispatch/TMS software
• Support day-to-day operations and process improvements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of trucking dispatch experience
• Experience with route planning or transportation management systems preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including possible evenings, weekends, or early mornings as needed

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including skill sets, experience, licensure, certifications, office location, and other business needs. Salary range for the role is noted in this posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and can participate in medical, dental, vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
