Head of Supply Chain - Cell & Gene Therapy CDMO

CDC Global Solutions are partnered with a specialist CDMO operating across cell therapies, viral vectors and plasmid DNA. The business is undergoing an exciting transformation and building out its senior leadership team to drive growth as an independent CDMO.

This is a strategic leadership hire - you'll own Supply Chain, covering planning, procurement, logistics, inventory and distribution, while collaborating closely with manufacturing and commercial functions to deliver for clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Setting strategic direction for Supply Chain and driving continuous improvement across all functions
• Leading and developing department managers, building a high-performance culture aligned to business goals
• Establishing metrics and scorecards to monitor procurement, logistics and supply chain performance
• Ensuring regulatory compliance across all relevant jurisdictions
• Managing cost efficiency, workforce planning and inventory to optimise production outcomes

What we're looking for:

• 10+ years in Supply Chain
• 7+ years experience leading teams
• GMP and/or CDMO environment experience required
• Must have experience with biologics, CGT, large molecules or similar modalities
• 5+ years with Supply Chain software/ERP systems
• Background in global supply chain strategy, regulatory compliance and quality systems
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• CMRP certification a plus
