The Strategic Sourcing Manager, Ingredients is responsible for leading the sourcing, supplier management, and category execution activities for assigned ingredient categories across Monogram Foods. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Sourcing, this individual contributor role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Commercialization, and Finance to ensure a reliable, cost effective, and competitive ingredient supply base. The role works alongside a peer Strategic Sourcing Manager, with responsibility for a defined portion of the ingredient portfolio.

The successful candidate will leverage market intelligence, supplier relationships, and commercial expertise to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and support business growth initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management experience.
• Food manufacturing, ingredient sourcing, or consumer packaged goods experience required.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Master’s degree or CPSM, CPM, CSCP, APICS, or similar certification.
• Experience with ingredient markets, commodity analysis, and cost modeling.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems, Power BI, and procurement analytics tools.
