Job Summary:

We’re looking to hire a dedicated Janitor/Custodian for a location in the 38104 zip code. This part-time position (9pm-1am, Saturday through Tuesday) involves maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our building. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, clearing trash from the parking lot, and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
• Clean windows and restock restrooms
• Wipe up spills and address hazards
• Secure the building by locking doors after cleaning
• Report cleaned areas and notify the manager of major repairs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 year of experience in janitorial services
• Driver’s license or reliable transportation
• Experience with cleaning supplies and equipment
• Good stamina and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
