The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to work at our Levy Nucor Yamato Mill Services location in Blytheville, AR
. The Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor manages all aspects of equipment maintenance and repair.

• Support safety and environmental initiatives including employee safety engagement; regulatory compliance and related training
• Ensure equipment availability through effective and efficient scheduling of equipment maintenance and repairs
• Develop, support, coordinate, assign and schedule work for maintenance personnel
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and operations management
• Assist the Operations Manager in developing budgets and business plans
• Review monthly budget to manage maintenance department costs
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance processes and schedules
• Requisition s parts and services
• Run KPI reports, analyze data and utilize information for better decision-making
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Minimum of five years of experience in industrial equipment repair technology with supervisory experience
• Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office products and computerized maintenance systems
• Ability to understand financial data
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal format individually and in group settings
• Associate’s Degree in heavy equipment repair technology or related experience
• Valid Driver’s License
