Floor Technician

Overview

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Floor Technician to clean and maintain floors. Must be available to work Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. Pay rate of $13.00/hr must be able to pass a background check. Must have Floor Tech experience.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten-year work history if available.

• Customer Service Experience
• Floor Technician Experience
• 1 yr of similar work experience

• Completes assigned stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning of floors.
• Assists with special projects within the account as needed. Willing to complete other duties as assigned.
• Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities.
• Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
• Assists in emergencies as needed.
