Winn Companies seeks a Maintenance Supervisor II to lead the maintenance operations at Gospel Gardens, a 200-unit affordable housing community in Memphis, TN.
You will supervise maintenance staff, manage preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and work with residents and vendors to keep the property safe and well-maintained. Monday–Friday with on-call rotation; strong leadership and communication are essential.
