• Supervise a team of operatives and drivers
• Ensure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently
• Plan and take action to achieve service level targets
• Educate the team on business goals and service objectives
• Ensure the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift

• Experience in managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
• Ability to manage own and teams time effectively with attention to detail
• Be energetic and enthusiastic
• Have a strong customer focus
• Have good communication skills
