Overview

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000.00.

About the Job: Landmark Construction & Emergency Services has been the preferred company for both residential and commercial restoration services, repairs, and renovations in Memphis, TN for more than two decades. We are currently seeking a residential Project Manager that can successfully meet both customer satisfaction and Landmark Construction’s goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the relationship between Landmark and the customer to assure the highest quality of customer service. Consult with customer, vendors, and/subcontractors to discuss the potential execution of project.
  • Supervise your subcontractors and laborers and evaluate their job performance.
  • Keep project neat and clean, making sure everyone cleans up after themselves.
  • Get authorization to repair signed before work is started.
  • If scope of work changes and/or customer wants extras, coordinate with Estimator and complete a change order form and have customer sign, before doing the extra work.
  • Monitor job cost ensuring job is under budget, while striving to obtain a minimum of a 40% profit margin.
  • Order materials for subcontractor and laborers whenever possible. Track all material orders. No one should order or purchase material for the job without the project managers approval.
  • Keep up with all material purchase receipts. Turn them in daily to Accounts Payables, making sure all receipts have the job number written on them.
  • Update CRM system with job notes, photo and correspondence.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2-4 years of project management in residential restoration experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Be able to work unsupervised. Must be independent and self-disciplined.
