Lead​/Coordinator

Position: Lead/Coordinator (55528)
## Description Premium Guard Inc is excited to announce that we’re hiring a Distribution Outbound Team Leader for our Memphis, Tennessee distribution center.  The Outbound Team Leader will report to the Operations Manager and lead a team of hourly associates.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate daily department production goals and prioritize workload demands to ensure maximum productivity is achieved.
* Assign and/or adjust workflow as needed and verify work activities are consistent with quality and work instructions.
* Monitor key performance indicators of the department.
* Report any issues of non-conformance, performance or compliance to the Supervisor or Operations Manager.
* Coordinate and collaborate with other departments and external customers as needed.
* Ensure adherence to safety guidelines of the department and general warehouse standards are met.
* Participate in daily meetings to provide departmental status updates.## Qualifications Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

* Ability to handle and prioritize multiple activities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
* Experience using warehouse management systems
* Must have good communication skill and ability to communicate effectively in English
* Ability to instruct, direct, and lead a team of hourly associates.
* Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
* Ability to stand and walk continuously during an 8-to-10-hour shift and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Ability to become certified and operate powered industrial trucks

Education and Experience
* Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 3 years of prior warehouse experience
