Employer is seeking an experienced and fast-starting District Sales & Operations Manager to provide oversight for multiple branch offices and drive high-performing, customer-focused culture across an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing personnel, and aligning each location with company goals and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong business acumen and a passion for team development.
This is a demanding, strategic, and entrepreneurial role requiring the ability to prioritize and oversee a wide variety of management, operational, and sales-oriented activities across multiple locations.
- Oversee the daily operations of branches within the region.
- Responsible for the management of profit and loss for the branches in the district.
- Drive the sales funnel process to meet and/or exceed growth objectives for the district.
- Deliver financial objectives with a focus on orders, revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA.
- Maintain awareness of competitive threats in the market, ensuring that quotes are competitive and reasonable.
- Acting as a key liaison between employer and customers, including periodic customer site visits to help maintain strong relationships.
- Drive a safety culture at the branches and review all safety procedures are being followed.
- Drive sustainment of existing branch operations & service while also expanding new business development & sales.
8+ years of experience in a related sales & operations leadership role with growth trajectory, preferably in industrial services, manufacturing, or construction. Military experience is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have appropriate branch / related P&L management experience, knowledge of the service industry & leading field service technician & sales teams and have provided leadership in a route-based business model.
