The Manager of Creative Content Enablement leads ALSAC’s Brand Creative Content Enablement team, ensuring all creative and marketing materials meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, compliance, and brand integrity. This role oversees content review processes across English and Spanish deliverables, ensuring alignment with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. The manager will coach and develop a team of content compliance professionals and collaborate with key partners across the organization to safeguard the integrity of ALSAC/St.
Jude’s brand across all channels.
- Lead and manage the Brand Creative Content Enablement team
, ensuring all creative and marketing content adheres to ALSAC/St. Jude brand guidelines, legal standards, HIPAA, BBB requirements, and all regulations related to patient privacy and PHI protections. - Coach, mentor, and develop team members
, assessing capabilities and supporting ongoing professional and career growth. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement
, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate team excellence. - Oversee quality assurance processes for content development, proofing, and editing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational best practices.
- Review, edit, and approve Spanish-language materials
, ensuring linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and compliance with legal and brand standards. - Advise on the development and evolution of content compliance guidelines
, including best practices for the use of patient and family stories, images, and other sensitive assets. - Collaborate with the Sr. Director
, Brand Center of Excellence, Legal, and other key stakeholders to define, implement, and enforce policies, workflows, and procedures that strengthen compliance and operational effectiveness. - Educate and train internal staff and new hires on compliance requirements, legal considerations, and content creation best practices, helping to deepen organizational understanding of compliant storytelling and brand stewardship.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships with third-party organizations, volunteers, and external partners, representing ALSAC/St. Jude with excellence.
- Represent ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in all interactions in a manner that reflects positively on the mission, brand, and fundraising efforts.
- 6+ years of professional experience in content compliance, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
- Experience reviewing, editing, and approving Spanish-language content
, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural relevance. - Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and brand compliance standards related to creative content, including HIPAA, PHI protections, BBB guidelines, copyright, and trademark requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in proofreading, editing, quality control
, and content compliance for both English and Spanish materials. - Ability to interpret complex instructions
, communicate clearly, and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience with content management systems, workflow tools, and operational process development
