Accounting Manager

A well-established professional organization is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead financial operations during an exciting growth phase. Lead the complete financial function for a growing organization, including external audit coordination, budgeting and forecasting in partnership with the CEO, and Board-level financial reporting. You’ll ensure GAAP compliance across all operations while managing day-to-day accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, and multi-entity accounting for affiliated organizations. The role includes grant management oversight and select HR responsibilities, offering true operational breadth beyond traditional finance roles.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting required (Master’s in Accounting or MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years in public accounting or similar accounting role, with non-profit experience a strong plus. We need someone who can translate complex financial data into clear, strategic insights for executive leadership and board members while modernizing existing processes.
