Premium Guard Inc is excited to announce that we’re hiring a Distribution Outbound Team Leader for our Memphis, Tennessee distribution center. The Outbound Team Leader will report to the Operations Manager and lead a team of hourly associates.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate daily department production goals and prioritize workload demands to ensure maximum productivity is achieved.
- Assign and/or adjust workflow as needed and verify work activities are consistent with quality and work instructions.
- Monitor key performance indicators of the department.
- Report any issues of non-conformance, performance or compliance to the Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments and external customers as needed.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines of the department and general warehouse standards are met.
- Participate in daily meetings to provide departmental status updates.
