The Regional Asset Manager will be responsible for supporting eight communities in the Memphis and Moscow, TN areas. This middle-manager role will ensure that all properties in the assigned area adhere to company policies while also following applicable laws and regulations through frequent in-person visits. Diverse communities and team members will make each day unique as you build and strengthen relationships between residents, team members, and our corporate office.
Multi-tasking, timeliness, consistent enforcement of policy, and ability to quickly adapt as situations arise will be key to success in this role. As an advocate for your property team members, you can directly impact their Wesley Living experience. This position is supported by the Director of Housing.

What Candidates Should Bring- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years management experience.
- At least two housing related certifications preferred (COS, CPO, SHCM, NAHP, NAHP-e).
- Valid driver’s license.
