The Lead will assist management by training new order pullers and monitoring existing order pullers’ performance, accuracy, and quality. The Lead will also assist management by checking bins for accuracy and quality. Findings will be reported to the management staff.

• Train, coach, and monitor order pullers to ensure accuracy, productivity, and adherence to company procedures.
• Cross‑train with other departments and support multiple warehouse functions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the management team when issues or operational concerns arise.

• Track daily production for order pullers and drivers and record all data in the production log.
• Ensure all warehouse productivity goals and performance standards are consistently met.
• Ensure accuracy of PWR orders.
• Repackaging of PWR Returns (pumps, gears and racks).
• Periodic quality checks of pickers and packers to ensure all product and materials (parts, packaging and manuals) are properly handled.

• Review pick bins and investigate root causes for any non-compliance, including:
  Inspections of parts to be assembled into new parts.
  • Physically and systemically moving assembled new parts into pickable bins.
  • Tracking and reporting shortages and discrepancies before depletion to ensure orders can be properly filled.
• Maintain accuracy of PWR inventory and ensure required movements are completed in P21.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Remain mindful of the safety of team members and warehouse equipment at all times.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed to support team and operational needs.

• Must be able to move and transport products up to 50lbs
• Constantly positions self to move boxes of product from racks onto manual or electric pallet jacks
