*** The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN, and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments.
* We'll provide the tools and training you need to succeed in leading your team.
** Where You'll Work
*** This role is
** onsite
* * and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
* Assigned schedule:
** Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m**.
** What You'll Do
*** Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments.
* Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
* Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace.
* You will report to the Outbound Area Manager
** What You'll Bring
*** High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree.
* At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team‑oriented environment
