Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst 2 to oversee project staff and ensure the successful delivery of a statewide Social Security disability benefits advocacy program.

Key Responsibilities Supervise staff responsible for case development and benefit management activities Review and track work output to ensure compliance with project requirements and Social Security Administration guidelines Serve as the day-to-day liaison with the state client, preparing for and facilitating client meetings

Required Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant supervisory and project oversight experience Strong background in supervising and developing staff in the human services sector

Experience with Social Security disability advocacy and claims management Proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and contract requirements Experience preparing reports and tracking metrics related to project performance
