** What You’ll Own
** As a Site Leader, you are responsible for people, performance, and operations.

Customer Experience & Operations
* Ensure speed, safety, and quality across all wash operations
* Maintain site presentation, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
* Handle customer concerns, complaints, and damage claims professionally
* Oversee opening, closing, and daily operational execution

Leadership & Team Development
* Recruit, train, schedule, and develop your team
* Coach Customer Service Attendants and leaders through growth pathways
* Lead team meetings and create a high-performance culture
* Enforce safety standards and accountability systems

Revenue Growth & Cost Control
* Drive car count, membership growth, and overall site performance
* Manage labor, utilities, and chemical usage to hit budget targets
* Ensure preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

Administrative Leadership
* Review payroll, maintain employee records, and manage HR communication
* Complete audits, reporting, and inventory management
* Ensure operational consistency and compliance
