Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and lead teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive sales, oversee operations, merchandising and talent development, and coach leaders to meet performance goals.
You will collaborate with the General Manager to execute store strategy, recruit and develop staff, and ensure procedures are followed while promoting community involvement. Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.
