As we scale our production capabilities, we are hiring an Operations Director to lead manufacturing, quality, and delivery.

About the Role

The Operations Director will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building and running the production side of the business—managing in-house builders, subcontractors, logistics, and installation crews. You will have full budget ownership for the manufacturing, delivery, and on-site installation of our homes, with a mandate to deliver high-quality homes on time and on budget.

This role will be based full-time at our Memphis facility, with periodic travel to trade shows and installation sites.

  • Implement safety standards and compliance protocols across all production activities
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in construction or manufacturing operations, with leadership responsibility
  • Experience as a general contractor, construction manager, or production operations lead
  • Proven success managing vendors, crews, and timelines across multiple projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
