Uni First seeks a Route Service Manager to join our team. The role involves recruiting and leading a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives that deliver to multiple customers per day – from small family businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location.

• Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors
• Build strong relationships with customers and elevate the team’s level of achievement in customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs
• Negotiate customer contract renewals

• Business savvy individual with innovative mindset to increase profit and customer satisfaction within the location
• Results-driven relationship manager willing to roll up sleeves and help the team and customer
• Strong support and coaching skills for Route Service Representatives and Supervisors
• Required to drive personal vehicle for business; comply with auto insurance requirements per company standards
• High School Diploma or GED – bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior customer service experience
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle various customer service situations
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach, and lead a team
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Minimum age 21
• Valid non‑commercial driver's license in state of residence
• Must meet pre‑employment DOT physical requirements
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
