Position Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee management of all operations across a multi‑site, multi‑state insurance agency platform, ensuring measurable growth across all lines of insurance in all sites. This includes policy growth and premium growth. The manager is responsible for creating a healthy working environment across both sites, fostering collaboration, recognition, and reward for performance.
Compensation- Base salary: $65‑75,000
- Incentive compensation: up to $35,000
- Potential total compensation: $100,000+
- 401(k) with up to 4% match
- Paid time off (PTO)
- Health insurance stipend/HSA contribution
- P&C and L&H licenses
- Management or leadership experience in the insurance/financial services industry
- Experience overseeing operations across multiple sites and states
