Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a high-performing cardiovascular services department in Memphis, TN. This leadership role is responsible for supervising staff, supporting quality patient care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence within the Cath Lab.

• Supervise daily Cath Lab operations and clinical staff.
• Lead hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Monitor quality assurance, patient safety, and workflow efficiency.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, validation, and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to improve departmental performance.
• Support continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

• Current Tennessee healthcare license appropriate for Cath Lab practice.
• Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab or cardiovascular services experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred.
