McCabe Restoration, part of Endurant Disaster Recovery, seeks a Director, Emergency Services – Mitigation & Contents to lead mitigation and contents restoration across Memphis and surrounding Tennessee markets. You will drive regional operations, set standards, and mentor managers and field crews.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will own P&L for the divisions, ensure IICRC/OSHA compliance, and build carrier relationships to accelerate growth. Travel is required across the Mid-South.
