Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Technician for a Contract-to-Hire position with a client in Memphis, TN
. This is a First Shift 6:30AM-3:00PM manufacturing role focused on assembling and wiring electrical units to meet specifications.

*** No Corp-to-Corp;
No C2C;
No Referrals from C2C ***

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour to $27.00/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Electrical Technician job responsibilities include:

  • Assembles finished units per customer specifications, collaborating with team members to coordinate tasks requiring joint effort.
  • Perform electrical tasks including pulling, crimping, installing, and testing wiring and harnesses.
  • Utilizes manual and automated lifting devices while adhering to product safety specifications.
  • Communicate with inventory personnel to maintain accurate records of spare parts and their locations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
  • Replace tool components as needed, following established schedules and maintenance protocols.
  • Follow standardized procedures and routines to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years background in electrical wiring
  • Basic computer skills using Microsoft Windows
  • Basic math skills
  • Competent in interpreting graphs and diagrams
