Akkodis is seeking an Electrical Technician for a Contract-to-Hire position with a client in Memphis, TN
. This is a First Shift 6:30AM-3:00PM manufacturing role focused on assembling and wiring electrical units to meet specifications.

No Referrals from C2C ***
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour to $27.00/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Electrical Technician job responsibilities include:
- Assembles finished units per customer specifications, collaborating with team members to coordinate tasks requiring joint effort.
- Perform electrical tasks including pulling, crimping, installing, and testing wiring and harnesses.
- Utilizes manual and automated lifting devices while adhering to product safety specifications.
- Communicate with inventory personnel to maintain accurate records of spare parts and their locations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.
- Replace tool components as needed, following established schedules and maintenance protocols.
- Follow standardized procedures and routines to complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years background in electrical wiring
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Windows
- Basic math skills
- Competent in interpreting graphs and diagrams
