Quality InspectorSupervisor Memphis TN Olive Branch MS

Responsibilities

• Supervise a 2nd-shift inspection rework crew of 4–8 associates.
• Execute and monitor a standard inspection process: open case, scan tool, determine good/bad status, and repackage.
• Maintain consistent quality standards and shift output.

• 2–5 years of basic quality inspection experience in a supervisory role, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering environment
• Proven experience performing quality inspections
• Experience with metal products is preferred
• Hands-on experience with barcode scanning tools
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel for timely submission of reports and documentation (typically within 24 hours of job completion)
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in team-based problem-solving scenarios
• Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude when adapting to disruptions or unexpected changes
• Flexible with work schedules and shift requirements

• Job Type: 1099 Contractor
• Project Duration: CURRENT PROJECT: 2 to 4 weeks Monday to Friday
