** We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on - 5 January 2026.Join our innovative team in Memphis, where we’re transforming patient outcomes through advanced spine solutions. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you’ll play a key role in producing patient-specific spine rods, collaborating across teams and using cutting-edge technology to deliver life-changing products.

* Schedule:
Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm
** Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area.
* Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems.
* Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.
* Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
* Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.
** Required Knowledge and
Experience:
** Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0 years of experience required.
** Nice to Have:
*** Experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD or 3D modeling software
* Experience with 3D printing technology

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$44,000.00 - $66,000.00## This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).## The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week:
