Complete assigned batches within the allotted time;
Retrieve ingredients as indicated on the formula, ensuring only QC-approved ingredients are used;
Accurately measure ingredients and record substitutions or over-pours with supervisor approval;
Monitor equipment and observe production throughout the batch process
