Senior Machinist & Machinist II; C & D Shifts

• Setting up, operating and troubleshooting Swiss type CNC lathes including Star, Citizen, Tsugami or similar.
• Machining small complex components requiring tight tolerances and exceptional surface finishes.
• Performing tool changes, offsets, wear compensation and in‑process adjustments to maintain quality.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, GD & T, work instructions and control plans.
• Carrying out in‑process and final inspections using micrometers, optical comparators, vision systems and other precision tools.
• Completing manufacturing and quality documentation to support compliance and traceability.
• Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness and contamination control standards throughout the workspace.

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating Swiss type CNC equipment in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to hold tight tolerances on small high‑precision parts.
• Strong working knowledge of GD & T and blueprint interpretation.
• Experience performing inspections and documenting results.
• A detail‑oriented approach and a quality‑first mindset.
