We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Shop Fabricator to join our fabrication team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HVAC duct fabrication experience who values quality craftsmanship, workplace safety, and long-term career opportunities with a company that invests in its employees.

What You'll Do

* Fabricate and assemble sheet metal ductwork for HVAC systems

* Measure, cut, bend, and roll sheet metal to precise specifications

* Operate shop equipment used in duct fabrication

* Assemble duct sections using fastening and sealing methods

* Maintain high standards for quality and productivity

* Follow all company safety procedures and shop protocols

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of HVAC ductwork or sheet metal fabrication experience

* Ability to read measurements and work accurately from specifications

* Experience operating fabrication equipment and forklifts

* Strong understanding of shop and equipment safety

* Welding experience is a plus, but not required

* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

* Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in a non-air-conditioned, ventilated shop

* Comfortable using ladders and accessing tight spaces when needed
