Job Title: Assembly Operator

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay Rate: $20.85/hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Training will take place on 1st Shift (7:00 AM 3:30 PM) for approximately 3 5 days.

Duration: 1-Year Contract

The Assembly Operator performs repetitive assembly and packaging tasks to support production operations. Responsibilities include assembling products, labeling packages, operating small production equipment, counting and sorting materials, inserting manuals into binders, and preparing boxes for shipment. This role may also maintain production records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

• Assemble products and components according to established procedures.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
• Apply labels and package documentation accurately.
• Operate small production and packaging equipment.
• Count, sort, and organize materials and components.
• Assemble, form, and break down boxes as needed.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Follow all safety, quality, and work instructions.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
