IT Manufacturing Lead Analyst – Chandler, MN.

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year

• Support and optimize manufacturing technology systems across multiple facilities.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve system functionality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Assist with integration and support of MES, OEE, PLC, SCADA, ERP, and CMMS technologies.
• Gather business requirements and support enterprise‑wide IT/manufacturing initiatives.
• Troubleshoot operational and manufacturing systems issues while identifying root causes and preventative solutions.
• Coordinate testing, implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Create technical documentation, training materials, and implementation plans.
• Support project management activities and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Help drive continuous improvement and digital manufacturing transformation efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Manufacturing IT, Manufacturing Systems, or related applications experience.
• Strong experience supporting MES, OEE, PLC, SCADA, ERP, CMMS, or Supply Chain systems.
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations within a multi‑site environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ISA‑95 concepts strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and IT leadership.
• Must be comfortable with 40%‑50% travel.
