Schedule - Monday - Friday with possible Saturday's

Hours - 7:30 pm - until finished

Pay - 23.65/Hr. plus 1.00 shift differential

This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work areas, assembling and disassembling equipment while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The work includes:

• Dry pickup area
• Break down and set up equipment where needed
• Use of high-pressure hose to rinse area and floor
• Use of various chemicals to foam and scrub floor
• Visually check area for cleanliness
• Ability to work closely with Quality Assurance and USDA
• Uphold the principals of SQF 2000
• Work schedule will vary depending on production; perform various other tasks as assigned by Lead person, Supervisor or Superintendent

• Must be willing and able to work in temperatures less than or equal to 35 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 8 hours
• Ability to become certified in Tyson’s Lock Out/Tag Out program
• Must be willing and able to pinch/grip product/equipment
• Familiar with safe operation and use of high-pressure hoses and sanitation chemicals
• Must be willing and able to perform tasks for periods of 8 hours on concrete floor; tasks may include bending, twisting, reaching, standing, stooping, walking, climbing, and lifting
• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Physical Requirements: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must have 6 MThs continuous employment in the last 18 months; preferred candidates will have at least 6 MThs of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agriculture or production experience
