Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer I supports production by improving processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring product quality. This role helps develop and implement manufacturing solutions across various products.

• Assist in designing and implementing manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures.
• Help identify and resolve production issues, defects, and assembly challenges.
• Conduct time studies and process analysis to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams.
• Use Power BI to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
• Track and report key metrics such as throughput, efficiency, downtime, and quality to support continuous improvement.
• Support continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methods, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in selecting and qualifying new equipment and technologies.
• Perform root cause analysis and support corrective actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (LFA industry preferred).
• Basic knowledge of assembly, testing, and material handling processes.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., Solid Works, AutoCAD) is a plus.
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Power BI preferred.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
