Manufacturing Lead Analyst
LocationMemphis, TN, US

Salary$115,000 - $130,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Support and optimize manufacturing technology systems across multiple facilities
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to improve system functionality and manufacturing efficiency
- Assist with integration and support of MES, OEE, PLC, SCADA, ERP, and CMMS technologies
- Gather business requirements and support enterprise-wide IT/manufacturing initiatives
- Troubleshoot operational and manufacturing systems issues while identifying root causes and preventative solutions
- Coordinate testing, implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Create technical documentation, training materials, and implementation plans
- Support project management activities and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders
- Help drive continuous improvement and digital manufacturing transformation efforts
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of Manufacturing IT, Manufacturing Systems, or related applications experience
- Strong experience supporting MES, OEE, PLC, SCADA, ERP, CMMS, or Supply Chain systems
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations within a multi-site environment preferred
- Familiarity with ISA-95 concepts strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and IT leadership
- Must be comfortable with 40%-50% travel
