The City of Memphis is looking for an Asphalt Plant Operator to effectively operate asphalt plant machinery to produce high-quality hot-mix asphalt. The Operator will ensure that production meets all specifications established by the City and the Asphalt Institute, while also performing necessary maintenance and repairs to the machinery where required.
This role demands physical capability to interact with machinery and manage work schedules effectively while maintaining communication with staff and supervisors. An ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma along with three years of relevant experience in automated asphalt plant operations.
