As a Fabricator, you’ll play a hands‑on role in building solutions that support heavy industry while growing your career in a collaborative shop environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform fabrication tasks including welding, cutting, fitting, and forming materials
  • Build custom equipment and components to support company projects
  • Operate shop equipment such as laser tables, forklifts, brake press, and saws
  • Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication plans
  • Prepare and assemble materials for accurate fit‑up and final welding
  • Use software systems and shop tools to track and execute work orders

What You Bring

Required:

  • Background in fabrication, welding, or industrial shop work
  • Ability to read and work from drawings and fabrication plans
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Willingness to work safely and collaborate with a team

Preferred:

  • 1–3+ years of industrial fabrication experience
  • Experience with welding processes (SMAW, FCAW) or similar
  • Familiarity with fabrication‑related software or shop systems
