As a Fabricator, you’ll play a hands‑on role in building solutions that support heavy industry while growing your career in a collaborative shop environment.
What You’ll Do- Perform fabrication tasks including welding, cutting, fitting, and forming materials
- Build custom equipment and components to support company projects
- Operate shop equipment such as laser tables, forklifts, brake press, and saws
- Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication plans
- Prepare and assemble materials for accurate fit‑up and final welding
- Use software systems and shop tools to track and execute work orders

Required:
- Background in fabrication, welding, or industrial shop work
- Ability to read and work from drawings and fabrication plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Willingness to work safely and collaborate with a team
Preferred:
- 1–3+ years of industrial fabrication experience
- Experience with welding processes (SMAW, FCAW) or similar
- Familiarity with fabrication‑related software or shop systems
