- Performing finishing and assembly tasks on products according to specifications.

- Maintaining dexterity and hand‑eye coordination during physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching overhead, pushing, and pulling.
- Collaborating with team members and reporting to production supervisors.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Have a High School Diploma/GED and preferably 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Can read and utilize blueprints in daily job functions.
- Are comfortable with physical tasks including bending, squatting, reaching overhead, pushing, and pulling.
- Have good dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
- Can effectively use calipers and other measuring tools.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
