• Performing finishing and assembly tasks on products according to specifications.
• Measuring products using calipers and other tools to ensure quality.

• Have a High School Diploma/GED and preferably 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Can read and utilize blueprints in daily job functions.
• Are comfortable with physical tasks including bending, squatting, reaching overhead, pushing, and pulling.
• Have good dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Can effectively use calipers and other measuring tools.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills.
