Process Engineer

In this role, you’ll lead continuous improvement projects, partner closely with operators and design teams to develop new processes and optimize production flow and shipping operations—while earning up to $130K (plus bonus) based on experience. • Spend ~60% of your time on the shop floor, working directly with operators to support production, troubleshoot issues, and drive real-time improvements
• Dedicate ~40% of your time to project work, including planning, process design, documentation, and data analysis
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and cost savings
• Develop, test, and implement new processes, tooling, and workflows for highly customized products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, design engineering, and maintenance teams
• Take ownership of projects from concept through execution, ensuring measurable results
• Create and maintain standard work instructions and support new product introductions
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve production flow, material handling, and shipping processes
• Balance long-term project work with immediate shop floor needs in a fast-paced environment
