We are seeking a Production Team Member to assist in the fabrication and assembly of high-quality custom woodworking products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position OverviewThe Production Team Member is responsible for assisting in the fabrication and assembly of custom woodworking products.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential, requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency are built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.
Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on-the-job experience. Consistent, error-free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free. This position is designed to develop a valued technical expert who, recognized and supported by management and a stable work environment, can deliver quality work on a consistent basis.
- Assist in the fabrication and final assembly of custom woodworking products and finished goods.

Casework and cabinetry;
Countertops (plastic laminate, wood, and solid surface);
Solid surface products;
Mouldings and running trim;
Solid wood components;
Custom millwork items such as desks, benches, banquettes, and face frames. - Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read and follow shop drawings, cut lists, work orders, and production instructions.
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area while following all safety procedures.
- Assist with material handling, loading, unloading, and movement of products throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Identify and communicate production issues or material shortages promptly.
- Support continuous improvement efforts within the production environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous woodworking, carpentry, manufacturing, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, measuring devices, and woodworking equipment.
- Ability to read tape measures and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and stand for extended periods of time.
- Steady, even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work.
