 As the Plant Materials Coordinator you will use your strong problem-solving skills to help our Memphis, TN plant forecast, coordinate and analyze inventory to support our production. Teamwork is extremely important to us, so don’t be afraid to showcase your collaboration skills, we want to see them!
 HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
 Analytical skills – you’ll analyze and interpret short- and long-term forecast requirements utilizing the production schedule and using that to determine the optimal amount of materials needed to keep a large facility running.
 The go-to person - We know you are someone who likes to be that “go to” person, so in this role you’ll be responsible for contacting the appropriate suppliers, be the liaison for the plant and vendors along with overseeing all material ordering and delivery.
 Communication is key – your knack for communicating with teammates is exactly what we need, you’ll be working with cross functional teams to make sure our material inventory is balanced to meet scheduling requirements and audits.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 High School diploma/GED required
 Demonstrated experience in materials management or procurement in a manufacturing setting
 Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
 Ability to effectively communicate, solve problems and manage complex situations
 Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization.
 Excellent customer service/vendor relations skills
 Owner mindset

Experience with manufacturing scheduling and inventory location systems
 Preferred
 Experience using SAP
 Demonstrated Material Replenishment Program (MRP) experience
 Salary Range: $63,840 - $79,800
 Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
