Support Team Operator - 3rd Shift

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Support Team Operator - 3rd Shift at our Memphis, TN facility. The hourly rate for this position is $23.40 with a 3rd shift premium of $1.25 per hour.
Responsibilities:- Follow all workplace health & safety regulations, policies, and procedures at all times
- Work safely by using required PPE, applying hazard controls, and completing only authorized work
- Actively support safety programs (report hazards/incidents, participate in investigations and training)
- Operate and maintain the acid plant, wastewater neutralization system, and related equipment
- Handle oil processes: receive/unload shipments, pump, transfer, and load to storage or transport
- Perform inventory tracking, tank measurements, documentation, and maintain 5S standards
- Provide general support (utilities, pumping, basic maintenance) and complete other assigned duties
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed
- Able to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Understand instruction and follow direction
- Work primarily in a warm to hot environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
