- - Responsibilities:
Fills cryogenic liquids and pure non-flammable industrial gases according to Airgas Fill Plant Standard Operating Procedures;
Sets pressure gauge to specified reading and fills cylinders to specified pressure;
Rolls cylinders onto scale and connects vent line to release excess gas and attain prescribed weight;
Operates material handling equipment to move cylinders onto platform or into racks;
Inspects or tests cylinders for defects and quarantines cylinders as needed
