Auto-Chlor System is hiring an Industrial Equipment Assembler to join our Memphis manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, using tools, assembling equipment, and contributing to a production environment that supports customers nationwide.

About the Role

As an Industrial Equipment Assembler, you'll help build, repair, and prepare commercial warewashing equipment and chemical dispensing systems. You'll work with hand and power tools, perform quality checks, and support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Get
  • Starting at $17.00/hr
  • Earn $35,000-$42,000 annually
  • Vacation:Earn up to 80 hours (2 weeks) in your first year

What You'll Do
  • Build commercial equipment using hand and power tools
  • Test finished equipment before shipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment when needed
  • Work with an experienced manufacturing team
  • Keep your work area organized and safe
  • Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
  • Clean used equipment using pressure washers, sand blasters, and chemical dip tanks
  • Inspect equipment and components to determine usability and quality standards
  • Perform required quality control checks and production documentation
  • Move materials and equipment throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified)
  • Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for safety and process improvements
What We're Looking For
  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
  • Forklift experience is preferred
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle equipment and materials throughout the workday
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
