As part of its growth, Hexcel, a market leader, is recruiting four production operators F/H to join its Roussillon production site (150 employees) near Vienne.
Join a high-tech industrial site and become part of a production team dedicated to carbon fiber manufacturing.
Your role on the floor:
- Perform operations at different line stations or equipment in compliance with current HSE and quality guidelines
- Monitor ongoing production in terms of quality, efficiency, safety, and alert in case of inability to intervene on observed deviations
- Intervene on equipment in case of quality defects, upon request
- Fill out necessary documents throughout production (labels, schedules, visit sheets, end of batches...)
- Perform cleaning operations on equipment during manufacturing, between two productions, and on workstations to maintain a clean level
- Receive daily instructions from colleagues and management at the start of your shift and pass them on at the end of your shift
Your profile:
This on-site position is open to all motivated candidates in industry and teamwork. A comprehensive training in our specific processes is planned upon your arrival. You are known for your rigor, sense of safety, and team spirit daily. Previous experience in an industrial environment or machine shop operation is a plus.
Driver's license B desired.
