Operate packaging, cutter, press, and related production equipment safely and efficiently on 2nd shift;
Perform machine changeovers and equipment setup, including adjusting, resetting, and preparing machines for different products or batches;
Assist maintenance technicians by disassembling and reassembling equipment components as instructed;
Monitor equipment performance and observe production throughout the batch process to ensure consistent quality and output;
Train new operators on equipment operation, procedures, and safety practices
